Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for used items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return labels will be emailed to you for printing. Return shipping labels are pre-paid by us and printable by you.
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Unshipped Order Cancellations
We accept cancellations for orders that are unshipped. Contact us at info@flipfuel.co as soon as you can and we'll process the cancellation prior to shipping. If we can't catch the item prior to shipping, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send the item back to us upon arrival.
Damages, Issues, Defects, & Customer Remorse
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We accept returns. If you've been sent the wrong product, contact us at info@flipfuel.co and we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon shipping confirmation of the item or items being returned, we will ship the correct items to you at no charge.
Return shipping labels are pre-paid by us and printable by you.
In the event a product is damaged during carrier transit, contact us at info@flipfuel.co with photos of the damage, and we'll get another item shipped to you right away. If you purchased Route Package protection, contact us at info@flipfuel.co and we'll send you a link to make a claim with Route. Turnaround on approved claims is usually same day.
If you find your product is performing unpredictably due to a potential defect, contact us at info@flipfuel.co and we'll evaluate the issue and upon approval replace the item and ship it to you at no cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method the same day. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@flipfuel.co.
We do not refund the original shipping cost unless you utilized one of our free shipping options.
