Fantastic! Worked seamlessly and the instructions were easy to follow. This is required gear if you're a regular backpacker.

I seen the advert and just had to order. I have 2 c100 and a c500 canister, I begrudge throwing them no matter how little gas is in there. I was using a quarter of my side pouches in my bergen to store gas on hikes/wild camps. No im back to taking the c100s thanks to this absolutely simple but amazing gadget. What a find. Customer service is also brilliant.

Great instructions, easy to use. Fantastic device.

Simple to use works well. Will save me lots hundreds of $$ in the long run by buying bigger cheaper canisters instead of the smaller more expensive ones. Just keep fill 1 small one. Pluse no more carrying 3 half bottles in a trip....

Couldnt wait to try it and it works! Thinking it may be better on a hotter UK day as didnt quite empty the cannister. Could hear that there was a tiny bit remaining. Not sure if this is normal?

Day 1: Topped off 4 small containers with one large container, then consolidated 2 large containers. 10 minutes on a Saturday morning and I'm ready for a year of trips. Thanks!

I've actually used my Flip Fuel Transfer Valve several times to refill my smaller canisters from the bigger canisters. It's a real money savings! Easy to use!

Works well. Helps to have some fuel in the cold/receiving can to increase the thermal mass, and to have sending can warm, but not hot so the receiving can stays cold. Transfer is fast and effective until last 5 grams or so of fuel, which takes a couple cycles of warming and very cold receiving can to coax out. Had < 1g of fuel left in sending cans. Kitchen scale is very helpful to prevent overfilling.

Received flipfuel in the mail and immediately tried it. Directions are so simple was able to easily so and combine an almost empty can to one that was half full. Flipfuel definitely works....And I will no longer be carrying an almost empty can with a backup if it went out on trips. Bowdier

Overlanding is an amazing way to spend a portion our lives ✨ There is no doubt that sacrifices are made to be self contained in this tiny space 🧳 Over the last few years we’ve settled into some routines & weeded out items of no need 🤷🏼♀️ Limited is our space as we move about seeing sights & traveling roads less traveled 🗺️ Gear is selected with scrutiny but I gotta tell ya’ my pet-peeve has been partial isobutane fuel canisters that take up unnecessary room as they also don’t have the necessary *umph* when degrees drop & I’m seeking a warm hug in my cup ☕️ An ingenious solution presented itself created by folks who love the Superstitions about as much as this gal 🏜️ I’m giddy with the joy of consolidating fuel & taking up less room in the truck 🛻 FlipFuel® was designed to help hikers & campers consolidate partially filled fuel containers encouraging us to not forget to recycle the empties ♻️ The process is simply with this tool they’ve crafted: Step 1: Place the receiving canister in the freezer, ice chest or cool shaded area while placing the sending canister in the sun 🌞 Step 2: Wait 5 to 10 minutes allowing the fuel canisters to create a temperature differential that facilitates the transfer ⤵️ Step 3: Thread canisters onto FlipFuel® device. Sending canister on top 🔝 (“OUT”) side (heat up) with receiving canister on bottom (“IN”) side (cold down) & only hand tighten 🙌🏻 Step 4: Open valve to transfer fuel. Once complete make sure you close the valve & detach isobutane fuel canisters 💃🏼 That’s it my peeps super easy-peasy & ya’ no longer pack a halfie 🥳 This gal isn’t a fan of gadgets however adding FlipFuel® to my gear has been a game changer 🤗

I bought your flip tool last fall but just used it for the first time. So simple! I’ll be spreading the good news to my hiking buddies. I very happily just turned 6 partial canisters into two full ones.

Great piece of kit. Consolidated 8 partial canisters into 1 1/3.

Four canisters consolidated into one full canister! Three empty canisters can now be recycled. Excellent 👍 Ordered from the U.K. and received my order from the US in around 5 days!

Great product and will not only save me from running out of fuel, or running at low pressure, but will save me money in the long run. Make sure that you have the differential in temperatures and it quickly empties one into the other.

Works great. I would have loved more guidance on gross, net, and canister weights but I figured that stuff out then got to work. It works really well and solves a common problem.

Beyond amazing! Seriously love this device.

Works great. Recommend using a kitchen scale to monitor overfilling if using an 16 ounce bulk canister to refill 4&8 ounce ones until FlipFuel publishes more comprehensive information about refill volume issues/procedures regarding safety.

I put the valve on a canister and set it in the snow, brought a warm canister out of the house and screwed it upside down on to the valve, and opened the valve all the way. When I no longer hear the fuel transferring, I close the valve and remove the upper canister. I emptied 5 partials into 3 that are about 3/4 full now.

This little thing is great! I only wish I had bought it sooner. I was able to reduce all of my partial fuel cans in about 30 minutes. Here's how I went about it and one tip I found along the way. I started off by finding a chart with weight in grams for all different fuel canisters. Then I weighed each canister on a digital food scale. With a sharpie I wrote the percentage on each one to determine which ones would be best paired together. Once I started transferring fuel I noticed that I would have about 10% left in the outgoing canisters. I shut the valve off once I stopped hearing the hissing sound. So next time I held the receiving canister and just slightly tilted the outgoing canister ever so slightly during the transfer process, that seemed to get more out with a single transfer. Then I weighed the receiving canisters to see how much I needed to burn off before storing. To do this I put my MSR Pocket Rocket on the scale and zeroed it out, then attached it to each slightly overfill canister and let it burn until the weight went down to 363 grams. Now good as new and great peice of mind on camping trips. Thanks again for such a great product, and the cool stickers too! I'm hoping to see a version for 1 lb Colman canisters some day too.

It really is as easy as they say! Weigh a full canister, write weight on bottom with marker and when filling don't go above the original canister weight. I put the top (warm) canister against my body under my jacket and the bottom (cold) canister in the snow. Waited 5 minutes, screwed the cans onto the flip fuel device and within 20 seconds the top canister was empty and the contents were transferred.

It was simple to do. Easy to follow instructions. Three containers to recycle. Thanks for a great product.

The idea looked excellent. I used it immediately on some of my partial cylinders and soon had halved the number in my hiking store. The Flipfuel is sure to be an integral part of my hiking equipment.

I can't believe this hasn't been invented already! Such a great idea - compact and super easy to use. As soon as I received mine, I transferred fuel from about 5 partial canisters I had lying around. I'm really excited for the FlipFuel!

Perfect solution to all the nearly empty cans that have been waiting for something so simple.

Turned 6 half used fuel containers into 3 almost full. Love that I finally get to used that fuel instead of always thinking it wouldn't be enough for a trip. Better for the environment and saves money. Great tool and should be in every backpackers kit.

Genius device. Works great per instructions. I do 5 second bursts and weigh it after each one. Bikepacking dot com has a great tutorial on this method. Thank you for this folks!
